Menstruation power

This course focuses on discovering the power of your menstrual cycle and your unique female potential, healing of pains and blockages, most of all: empowering your womanhood by expressing whatever you encounter when getting in touch with this topic.

Your female nature is your best ally

Many of us suffer from the menstrual cycle. Sometimes on top of that we stored quite some negative ideas about being a woman. It becomes a habit to live your life like that. However, these imprints and feelings do unconsciously nibble away some of our precious energy, self-confidence and joy of life, sometimes even leading to illness and ailments.

What if you were able to fully embrace your womanhood, to feel welcome in your own body and tuned in to yourself, to relax throughout the monthly changes you experience? Developing an empowering way to deal with menstruation pain and/or PMS [or even minimizing the symptoms!], a better general female health, more your self-confidence and a more radiant appearance… Did you know your cycle holds a lot of information that you can use to become a better version of yourself?

It may sound unbelievable, but it is truly possible. If you are willing to be present with yourself, you create new space to freely live that radiant, powerful woman inside of you.

Programme of “Creative woman power”

In a positive environment we will use creative exercises to work around the topic of being a woman and the menstrual cycle. Creative, that means: using meditation and mindfulness techniques, creative writing, colour, movement and body work, hormone yoga, voice exercises, clay, combinations… The specific exercises depend on the participants and whatever you want to work on or struggle with. This is a tailor-made programme. When signing up you receive an intake form to fill out. The groups are always small, that is maximum 4 participants, to make sure individual finetuning is possible.

There will also be assignments to do at home [so you do need to be committed]. Of course there also is space and time to share experiences. It is all guided in a gentle and accomodating way.

PMS as a power?

Many women suffer from premenstrual syndrome, also known as PMS. However, these PMS symptoms hold a lot of information about pains you may still heal within yourself, about [important!] messages that you have swallowed, and you may still speak up about, about boundaries that you may set more clearly, about where in your life you may improve certain aspects, in order to live up to your potential, become more true to yourself – to name a few.

Menstruation pain

Menstruation pain can also tell you a lot about yourself. Dealing with menstruation in a more conscious way, can lead to less painful menstruations, less blood flow and more wellbeing.

For whom?
Girls and women who are menstruating
– who suffer from problems related to the menstrual cycle [menstruation pain, PMS, …] or hormone related problems [fertility problems, PCOS, fybroids, cystes, other gynaecological problems]
– who want to get to know their cycle better and live more in tune with it
– who want to live their womanhood in a more powerful way

When?
course: 5 Sundays 21 – 28 Feb – 7 – 21 – 28 Mar [new course in Summer]

for girls 15 to 19 yrs: from 10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
for women 19 yrs and older: from 2:45 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Corona measures? The group stays small, there is fresh air and more than enough distance between each participant. Please also wear your face mask.

dates and times can be changed if the group is ok with it, if you know in adbance you will have to miss a session. Please then mention it before the course starts, then we can see what we can arrange.
