About Magali

Wild dreams, lots of enthusiasm and the drive to make positive changes. Towards more respect, self-worth, connection and openness. I would love to take you along to meet the power and the light within yourself!
I was trained in body work, mindfulness, yoga and creative therapy allowing me to support you in a very personal way suited for you since I have such a diverse background. In particular I have experience with eating disorders, trauma [sexual trauma], boundaries / assertiveness, depression / burn-out, women-specific issues, mindfulness and body awareness.
My story
My life had a lonely start. I did what was expected and soon lost connection with my own desires and with whom I truly was. I was good at what I did, but it did not feel meaningful. As if a part of me was dead. I was looking for sense and eager to find a hint of life, of light somewhere.
That spark of light came by when I discovered creative therapy, body work, yoga and energetic work. I dived into it, fought my way through thick layers of resistance, gave up and started all over again – because I felt it was too important. Later I also discovered woman empowerment and self-defense for women, also a very meaningful path towards inner freedom.
And, that is how I continue my path! Passionate to inspire others to connect to their essence and to get the best out of themselves, as a woman, as a human being. I do this by focusing on connecting to the body and to your own sources of creativity and inspiration. Reclaiming who you truly are, beyond any constraints or limitations.
